Commercial Director - Asia Region

A luxury fragrance brand is looking for an experienced and dynamic Commercial Director for Asia. Ideally based in Hong Kong or Singapore (or remotely in the UK, Europe, US).

The Role As Commercial Director, you will be responsible for leading and expanding operations across key sales channels, overseeing logistics, managing finance, and developing strong teams to drive success in the region.Sales Development

• Grow sales across retail, independent accounts, distribution, ecommerce, and duty free/travel retail.

Logistics

• Oversee fragrance shipments from the US to wholesalers and retailers across Asia.
• Collaborate with the US logistics team to ensure smooth operations.

Legal & Finance

• Assist with contract and lease agreement negotiations alongside the US legal team.
• Ensure timely collection of accounts receivable and liaise with the finance team.
• Audit and verify vendor invoices.
• Provide bi-weekly financial reports covering sales, inventory, forecasts, and budgets.

Team Management

• Recruit and lead a network of commercial area managers across Asia.
• Oversee beauty ambassadors and sales, events, and education teams.

PR & Marketing

• Manage PR agencies and work closely with the internal PR team.
• Oversee marketing materials production and align with brand guidelines.
• Set and manage marketing calendars for all sales channels.
