Bradford Arts Centre (formerly Kala Sangam) is a creative home for artists. Hosting performances, unique events, and creative workshops our dynamic spaces are also available for corporate venue hire.

Following on from our public reopening in October 2025, Bradford Arts Centre is seeking an experienced, commercially driven Venue Sales Manager to join our team.

It is an exciting time to be joining Bradford Arts Centre. We have just delivered a £7.5m redevelopment of our Grade II listed building – doubling its footprint and creating several new commercial and artistic spaces. The Venue Sales Manager will be responsible for delivering events, building our business, ensuring ambitious sales targets are met and that all commercial activity is delivered to the standards expected by our loyal and expanding clientele.

We are looking for someone who is commercially focussed but who also understands and appreciates the impact of arts and cultural activity. Someone who is confident and able to design deliver professional high quality commercial events and achieve ambitious targets. You will be a strong team player and able to effectively engage with a range of stakeholders including existing clients, potential new bookers and the artists that make our building what it is.
