*** As part of our continued growth in Wales, we are seeking a Senior – Project Management with experience in delivering advanced technology facilities and data centre programmes, alongside broader infrastructure and built environment sectors.
* This is a leadership role with the opportunity to shape and grow a high-performing team, develop client relationships, and play a key role in delivering complex, cutting-edge projects across the region.

Your role
* Provide strategic leadership and delivery of project management services across advanced technology/data centre schemes and related sectors.
* Act as a senior client interface, building trusted relationships with key regional and national clients.
* Support the growth and development of the Wales business, including team expansion and capability building.
* Lead and contribute to winning work, including bids, proposals, and client presentations.
* Take ownership of major projects and key accounts, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
* Collaborate across disciplines and regions to deliver integrated, innovative solutions.
* Promote and enhance the AtkinsRéalis Project Management brand in the marketplace.
* Drive a culture of continuous improvement, inclusion, and high performance within the team.
* Mentor, coach and support colleagues, contributing to a strong and engaged team culture.
* Monitor workload and resources to support efficient and effective project delivery.## About You You will bring:
* Chartered status (MRICS or equivalent professional qualification).
* Strong experience delivering complex, high-value projects, ideally including advanced technology or mission-critical environments.
* Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships at a senior level.
* Experience in pre- and post-contract project delivery and commercial management.
* A strong understanding of the Welsh and wider UK construction market.
* A track record in winning work and developing client relationships.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
