Willis Engine Repair Centre (WERC) is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager – Engine MRO to be the main point of contact between customers and the Engine Repair Centre. You will ensure customer requirements and contractual terms are delivered across projects.
Working with Commercial, Planning, Finance, Operations, Maintenance and Sales, you will manage relationships, approvals, billing and commercial queries to support smooth repair and maintenance delivery.
