General Operative – Neath (Temp to Perm)
Pay Rate: £13.21 per hour

Hours:

Monday–Thursday: 08:00–16:30 and Friday: 08:00–15:30

We are recruiting a General Operative for a leading national provider of modular buildings and portable accommodation solutions. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity based in Neath.

The Role
You will be responsible for ensuring hire cabins are cleaned, refreshed, and prepared to a high standard, ready to go back out on hire within a 48-hour turnaround.

Duties include:

Deep cleaning the interior of hire cabins
Basic refurbishment tasks such as small fixes, touch-ups, and general upkeep
Ensuring cabins meet company presentation standards
Working as part of a small team
What We’re Looking For

Strong focus on cleanliness and attention to detail
DIY skills preferred, but full training can be given
Reliable, hard-working, and able to work to deadlines
Someone who takes pride in delivering quality work

Hourly rate of £13.21 and overtime paid at x1.5
