From £15.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Hours:

Monday - Friday, Days (7:00am - 5:00pm)
Overtime available (Saturday when required)

We are currently recruiting for a Plant Fitter / Mechanical Fitter to join a well-established heavy industrial operation based in the Neath area.

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone with mechanical experience who is comfortable working in a heavy industrial environment
. The setting can be dirty, dusty, and physically demanding
, so candidates must be prepared for this type of work.

• Maintenance and repair of plant machinery and equipment
• Fault finding and mechanical problem solving
• Carrying out preventative maintenance
• Working with hydraulic and mechanical systems
• Ensuring equipment is operating safely and efficiently

• Previous mechanical / fitting / plant experience
• Ability to work in a heavy industrial environment
• Practical, hands‑on approach
• Reliable and safety‑conscious
• Welding or fabrication experience (advantageous but not essential)

• Weekly pay every Friday
• 24/7 on‑call support from our team
• Permanent opportunity after 12 weeks
