Salary: 18.20 per hour + Overtime Available

About the Role

A well-established and growing manufacturer within the industrial ceramics sector is seeking an Experienced CNC Milling Machine Engineer to join its skilled production team based in Neath, South Wales.

Working primarily with Hurco Vertical CNC Milling Machines, you will be responsible for producing high-quality machined components to precise specifications. Previous Hurco experience is advantageous, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting, operating and adjusting CNC milling machines
• Producing components to exact specifications and quality standards
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Selecting and changing tooling as required
• Carrying out routine machine maintenance checks
• Ensuring production targets are achieved safely and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience operating and setting CNC milling machines
• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
• Experience with Hurco CNC machines is desirable but not essential
