A leading advanced manufacturer operating from South Wales are currently looking to recruit a CNC Machinist. As a business they operate on a global scale and supply a diverse range of industries and are growing significantly. This opportunity offers the chance to join a global manufacturing business along with genuine long-term career development and progression.
Benefits and Package:- A starting salary of £35,000 - £39,000
- 5% company pension
- Quarterly profit share bonus
- 25 days holidays plus bank holiday
- Set and operate a variety of CNC machinery - Machining facilities include EDM, CNC wire cutting, CNC grinding, honing, CNC milling, lapping and CNC turning
- Conduct thorough inspections of produced parts, swiftly identifying and addressing any areas of concern.
- Adjust setups, alter programming, and sharpen tools as needed to enhance performance and maintain optimal production levels throughout the manufacturing process.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a CNC Machinist / Operator role
- Ideally have experience working on hard wearing materials
- Ability to use measurement tools and gauges
- Manufacturing background
