Marketing Executive

You’ll join a growing organisation where marketing is genuinely valued, reporting into a brilliant, supportive Head of Marketing who is invested in your development.

The organisation has recently been through significant change, and you’ll play a key role in its future success. You’ll be part of a busy, fun marketing team and, as a digital whizz, you’ll enjoy getting stuck into Google Analytics, digital advertising, and Meta for Business to drive performance through data and insight. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves all things marketing and is looking for a challenging, exciting new role.

• Deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Optimise digital activity across email, social, PPC, display, and paid media
• Analyse performance and demonstrate ROI using Google Analytics
• Maintain and optimise website content and user journeys
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
• Support events and campaigns when required

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Hands‑on Word Press (or similar CMS) experience
• Confident with analytics, data, and reporting
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Salary is up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience
