Leonidas Chocolates is expanding its online store team and seeks an Online Store Administrator & Operations Assistant. You will process online orders, produce shipping documents, and respond to customer queries via email, phone and chat.
In quieter periods you’ll assist with packing, stock checks and shop-floor customer service, with opportunities to develop skills in website updates, social media and email newsletters (training provided).
