We are recruiting for a motivated, organised and hands-on Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of our busy Acorn Reuse operations. You will have retail and/or warehouse experience, enjoy supervising small staff teams, delivering excellent customer service and making a positive difference in the community.
Duties include:
- Planning and organising daily tasks for staff, volunteers and clients.
- Providing instruction and support to staff to carry out tasks such as sorting, pricing, and restocking.
- Assisting customers with enquiries and dealing with customer issues.
- Planning and organising pop-up sales.
- Supporting training and development opportunities for staff and people with disabilities.
- Adhering to Health and Safety in the Workplace
This is a physical role that includes heaving lifting.
