£12.71 - £14.35 per hour (depending on skills and abilities)

We are looking for a motivated Sales Administrator to support a busy engineering sales team. You will handle enquiries, process orders, and provide excellent customer service while helping to drive sales growth.

• Handle and process sales enquiries for products
• Follow up on quotations and convert them into orders
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities
• Process customer orders and sales invoices
• Calculate carriage costs and coordinate dispatch
• Provide accurate product information to customers

• Proven sales ability with a results‑driven approach
• Confident communicator with strong closing skills
• Good numerical ability (products priced per metre)
• Professional telephone manner and customer focused attitude
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work effectively within a small team
