About

the Role

We are looking for an Enterprise Account Director to focus on high‑value accounts in the UK law firm segment. You will work alongside the VP of Sales to execute a sales strategy that results in revenue growth and new customer acquisition.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of UK‑headquartered firms. Cultivate strong and enduring relationships with clients, uncovering growth opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Plan, coordinate and execute sales presentations to inform, persuade, educate and ultimately close business.
  • Attend seminars, trade shows, and other events to pitch Deep Judge and meet existing and prospective clients.
  • Travel to both existing and prospective clients, fostering market share growth and effectively promoting and selling our tools.
  • Learn, develop and evangelize new ways for Deep Judge to differentiate itself in the marketplace.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5–10 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales, specifically within the UK legal‑tech landscape; proven track record of navigating complex sales cycles and high‑stakes partnership structures.
  • Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through adaptive approaches; strong communication skills and ability to work in an international team.
  • You can work independently, know how to prioritize and get things done.
  • Enterprise Search or Agentic AI experience is an asset.
