Business Development Representative

Remote in UK with monthly travel to the Paris office.

This company is a market-leading Mar Tech SaaS organization used by marketing professionals to optimise brand communications strategies, working with enterprise clients such as Disney, Netflix, Uber, and Coca Cola.

• Qualify sales contacts in the UK&I region
• Generate pipeline through outbound and inbound prospecting across strategic accounts, ensuring maximum pipeline
• Use tools such as Salesforce, Kasper, Outreach, Cognism, Seamless, MOJO and Linked In Sales Navigator
• Reach and exceed monthly targets of generated opportunities
• Be a team player and work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams
• Attend team training, roleplays, and weekly pipeline reviews
• Participate in enablement sessions and skill‑building workshops
• Maintain excellence in CRM hygiene (Salesforce) and sales engagement platform (Outreach): activities logged, leads qualified, data clean

• 12+ months BDR experience within SaaS
• Experience with in the Mar Tech industry preferred
• Knowledge of email cadences and cold calling
• Fluent German and English essential
