We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a passion for sales.

Job Description

Prospect and Generate Leads:

  • Identify and research potential clients using various tools and resources.
  • Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to introduce Unique IQ’s products/services.
  • Qualify leads and determine their potential for conversion.

Build and Maintain Relationships:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current clients.
  • Follow up on leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person meetings with potential clients.

Sales Presentations and Pitches:

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Tailor sales pitches to meet the specific needs and interests of each potential client.
  • Address client questions and concerns effectively and provide relevant information.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Track sales activities and progress in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for achieving sales goals.

Market Research and Feedback:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions.
  • Gather feedback from clients and prospects to improve sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Report regularly on sales activities, outcomes, and market insights to the Sales Director
  • Attend exhibitions and trade shows as required to develop knowledge of the sector
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Outbound Sales Representative or similar role.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
