Strategic Sales Executive – HCM Solutions (Remote, UK)

The Opportunity

Ready to hit the road (and the numbers)? We’re looking for a driven, ambitious Field Sales Executive to join our high-performing HCM (Human Capital Management) sales team.

You’ll be working with mid-to-large UK businesses helping them transform how they manage their people, payroll, and performance — powered by our cutting-edge HCM technology.

If you love autonomy, building relationships, and closing big deals, this one’s for you 🚀

We’re mapping things out right now — but you’ll have the whole of the UK to explore 🌍

You'll cover accounts across:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of revenue
  • Conduct on-site client visits and product demos 🧳
  • Drive new business and expansion within existing accounts
  • Build relationships with senior decision-makers (HR, Finance, IT, Ops)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored HCM solutions
  • Manage a full sales cycle — from prospecting to close 🔁

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of field sales experience – ideally within HCM, payroll, finance, or back-office software
  • A proven record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong consultative selling skills and commercial acumen
  • Excellent relationship-building and presentation skills
  • A proactive, positive attitude and love of autonomy
  • Full UK driving licence 🚘
