This is a high-energy, entry-level role where attitude, resilience, and consistency matter more than experience.

• ☎️ Make high-volume outbound calls to UK businesses to start commercial conversations
• 🗣️ Speak with gatekeepers and decision makers to identify opportunities
• 📄 Request and collect commercial energy bills (gas, electricity, water)
• 🧠 Ask effective questions to understand renewal dates, suppliers, and business needs
• 💾 Accurately record information in our CRM system (Hub Spot)
• 📩 Pass fully qualified opportunities to the Corporate Pricing team
• 🎯 Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly activity and quality targets

  What We Offer
  • 💷 Salary range between £25-£45,000 per annum (DOE) + unrivalled Commission and an OTE of £60,000
  • 🪜Salary matrix that could see your base salary grow to £70,000 per annum
