Territory – South West + South Wales – Field Sales

£45-50K Basic + Up to 30% Bonus + Hybrid Company Car

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing medical technology business with an established respiratory therapy – already trusted across UK hospitals.

• Sell an established non-invasive respiratory therapy with a strong UK hospital footprint
• Newly launched products creating significant growth opportunities
• Work across Critical Care, Respiratory, NICU & PICU
• Strong opportunity to expand within an existing installed customer base
• Excellent role for respiratory clinicians looking to transition into medical sales
• Up to 30% bonus

• Sell specialist high-flow respiratory capital equipment and consumables
• Introduce newly launched products into existing NHS accounts
• Develop opportunities across Critical Care, Respiratory, NICU & PICU
• Build relationships with nurses, doctors and clinical decision-makers
• Open new NHS opportunities and develop long-term customer relationships
• Deliver clinically credible, consultative sales

• NHS experience gained commercially or clinically
• Respiratory Physiotherapists, ICU Nurses and Respiratory Nurses with strong commercial instincts are encouraged to apply
• Confident communicating with and influencing clinical stakeholders
• Able to understand complex clinical environments and sell through clinical value
• Proactive, resilient and commercially minded
• Keen to develop a long-term career within medical technology
• Full UK driving licence

• £45-50K basic salary
• Up to 30% bonus
• Bonus paid quarterly and earned from your first sale – no target threshold
