Who are we looking for?We are seeking a friendly, customer‑service focused Front of House Security Officer. The successful candidate will ensure consistent, professional service delivery on site, handle incidents in an organised, escalation‑compliant manner and support the culture and security operations of the site.

- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
- A valid SIA Front‑Line Licence – essential.
- A Full UK Driving Licence – essential.
- Confidence and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels.
- Ability to work to deadlines, multitask and work under pressure.
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages (e.g. Excel).
- Able to achieve vetting to BS7858 standards.
- Maintain high standards of performance, professionalism and customer service at all times.
- Comply fully with operational instructions (e.g. alarm responses, building access, production) and external regulations.
- Report and Escalate issues following the chain of command.
- Produce clear, logical and well‑written operational reports within required time frames.
- Be fully conversant with site systems and procedures.
- Support Corps Security and site management teams in identifying and implementing service improvements.
- Understand all changes in building occupiers, set‑up and productions, and ensure information flows both upwards and downwards.
- Maintain safety and security through operation of integrated security systems.
- Liaise with supervisors, Corps Security and management on building maintenance and H&S issues.
- Liaise with external authorities, including the police.
- Ensure all policies and procedures are followed.
- Provide immediate response to any minor/major incidents, ranging from medical incidents to fire alarm activation/evacuations and crisis response.
- Perform other administrative duties as deemed necessary by Duty Security Managers, Supervisors or clients.
