Hoop is recruiting for a Social Worker in the Neath area to join a Community Mental Health Team. You will manage complex caseloads, carry out detailed assessments and work with individuals, families and carers to identify outcomes. AMHP duties may be included where relevant.
The role follows a 4 days office-based pattern with 1 day from home, dependent on staffing. You will be supported by a Welsh-speaking consultant and have access to DBS/compliance support.
