Digis is looking for a AI Data Architect who thrives in a startup environment, can make quick decisions, and delivers high-quality code with minimal supervision.

About the Project

This is an innovative AI platform designed specifically for Banking and Financial Services software engineering. The platform leverages agentic AI to enhance software development and deployment processes while maintaining strict security, compliance, and performance standards required in regulated environments.
Our platform architecture is built around specialized AI agents that operate across different roles in the software development lifecycle, focusing initially on:

• Business Analyst Agents — for requirements management, documentation, and analysis
• PMO Agents — for project governance, coordination, and operational excellence

Country and Time Zone: UK, working in the Ukraine time zone

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of general experience
• An AI/ML systems architect adept at building agent-based solutions with vector memory
• B2+ level of English

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable data architecture integrating with the Eliza framework
• Develop advanced vector embedding systems for semantic knowledge representation
• Implement efficient RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines with vector databases
• Develop APIs for bidirectional enterprise tool integration (JIRA, Project Server, etc.)
• Implement secure data partitioning to maintain compliance with financial industry standards
