• Monitor and manage Prime Vendor distribution contract terms related to supply chain and procurement
• Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure optimal service delivery
• Proactively review accounts, manage customer expectations, and facilitate issue resolution
• Prevent order disruptions by addressing inventory issues and standardizing product offerings
• Track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) monthly

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 2-4 years of customer management experience
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build solid relationships
• Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed

• Experience in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
• Additional certifications related to account management or customer service
• Familiarity with supply chain management principles
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry
• Proven track record of managing customer expectations effectively
