Prestige Care Center of Nebraska City is growing and currently seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who is passionate about resident-centered care, team development, and operational excellence.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
• Lead, mentor, and develop a strong management and staff team
• Promote a positive culture focused on quality care and customer service
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure exceptional resident outcomes

• Active Nebraska Nursing Home Administrator License (LNHA) required
• Previous administrative experience required
• Long-Term Care (LTC) management experience strongly preferred
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to build and maintain a high-performing, customer-focused team
