- Strong understanding of AI technologies such as machine learning and natural language processing
- Proven ability to communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- 2 years of experience in digital transformation at scale
- Master’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, or related field
- Certified change management practitioner
