- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration and documentation
- Proficiency in SQL and Agile methodology
- 1 - 3 years of Lean/Six Sigma experience
- 1 - 3 years in the Health Insurance Industry
- 1 - 3 years in the Healthcare industry
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
