• Support requirements testing and analyze results to minimize production defects
• Ensure compliance with required standards and obtain necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle
• Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management, providing accurate project documentation

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a closely related field
• 3-5 years of experience in IS/IT or Healthcare
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency in SQL and Agile methodology
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

• 1-3 years of Lean/Six Sigma experience
• 1-3 years of experience in the Health Insurance Industry
• 1-3 years of experience in the Healthcare industry
• Six Sigma certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
