We are looking for a Wireless Construction Manager who will be the main face in the field to represent U1 Wireless for the following markets:

• Nebraska
• Colorado

The Construction Manager role includes field responsibilities such as managing both in-house and subcontractor crews on-site, overseeing site modifications (MCOs), managing each project in the field from start to finish to ensure compliance with customer standards, and preparing Final Closeout Packages.

• Construction operations oversight: Oversee and supervise construction field operations, including in-house crews, subcontractors, and inspection activities, to ensure efficient and effective completion of the scope of work.
• Safety management: Ensure a safe environment on construction sites and ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations to protect the well-being of workers and visitors.
• Project coordination and scheduling: Coordinate and schedule field activities and resources, ensuring timely project execution. Track project progress, identify issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budgets.
• Project management: Take responsibility for the success of construction projects, meeting schedules, and delivery goals. Implement best practices to ensure timely execution and quality results.
• Quality assurance: Monitor project quality, ensure compliance with specifications, and maintain customer standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Traceability and documentation: Ensure accurate documentation, maintain;
• Team leadership: Provide leadership to field teams, support supervisors, ensure accountability, and implement scalable processes for ongoing execution.
• Closeout delivery oversight: Oversee final project closeout, ensure completion of punch-list items, and guarantee all project deliverables meet contractual obligations.

• 3-5 years of Wireless Construction Management experience;
• Experience managing both in-house and subcontractor crews;
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgets, and customer specifications;
• Safety certifications such as OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, and other relevant safety qualifications;
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License;
• Ability to travel across job sites in NE and CO markets
