** Principal Accountabilities*
* * Running and reporting on daily operations
* Ensuring food safety and quality
* Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
* Cleanliness and housekeeping    
** Required Qualifications*
* * Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
* Must be 18 years or older
* Must be able to read, write, and speak English and understand/interpret manuals, procedures and policies
* Work in a cold to warm environment
* Ability to write and document information on forms
* Ability to audit documentation and processes to determine compliance with determined criteria
* Ability to inspect facilities to determine compliance with determined criteria
* Ability to perform electronic data entry into various computer platforms    
** Preferred Qualifications*
* * Previous production or Food Safety, Quality and Regulatory experience
