Job Overview
We are seeking an effective, responsible, and experienced accountant with a minimum of 5 years in public accounting, who is skilled at delivering high-level tax planning, consulting, and preparation services, compiled and reviewed financial statement preparation, and other related accounting services. Immediate openings in all office locations:
Beloit, KS, Clay Center, KS, Salina, KS, and Holdrege, NE.

• Oversee and perform review and tax preparation of Federal and State income tax returns
• Tax planning and projections
• Tax research, resolution, and correspondence
• Financial statement preparation
• Manage client information requests and deliverables
• Assist staff with technical questions and development
• Ensure accurate, timely filing of federal, state, and local tax returns
• Ensure quality standards are maintained

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in public accounting
• Certified Public Accountant or Enrolled Agent Required
• Knowledge of finance and accounting, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
• Knowledge of federal and state tax regulations
• Strong computer skills:
  Quickbooks, CCH Axcess, and Thomson Reuters software experience a plus
• Good interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Superior attention to detail with strong organizational, analytical, and planning skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with a team at various levels
