QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) and 3 years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform essential duties. All educational credits must be granted from an accredited institution approved by the U.S. Dept. of Education.

• Provide specialized clerical support for court operations, including scheduling hearings with attorneys and other agencies, entering new case filings, and preparing and recording paperwork for assigned area of responsibility.
• Prepare and distribute docket for court sessions, ensuring completeness and accuracy of information and maintaining related records.
• Respond to telephone, e‑mail, written, and in‑person inquiries from employees, departments, and the public; transmit messages and provide answers and information requiring knowledge of policies and procedures.
• Perform routing administrative support duties, such as scheduling and coordinating meetings, processing payments (fines, fees), and daily deposits.
• Perform cashiering duties: processing payments, balancing daily deposits.
• Perform routine document and report preparation; assist the public and staff with general questions regarding court operations.
• Perform other duties of a similar nature or level as needed.
Physical RequirementsPrimarily sedentary work; some slight physical effort may be required, not to exceed 20 lbs.
