What

You'll Do

Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair vehicles, engines, transmissions and equipment.
Perform routine maintenance, inspections and preventative repairs.
Complete tire services and general vehicle maintenance.
Use diagnostic tools to identify and resolve mechanical issues.
Rebuild and repair mechanical components to ensure reliability and performance.
Maintain tools, equipment and accurate service records.
Provide friendly, professional customer service.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

What We're Looking For

Mechanical knowledge and experience with automotive or equipment repair.
Ability to diagnose problems and complete repairs efficiently.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Dependable attendance and a commitment to workplace safety.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to read, write and speak English.
Valid driver's license required.
High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience and training.
Ability to lift, push or pull up to 100 pounds when necessary and work in various weather conditions.

Pay & Schedule

Pay & Schedule $19.00 $ 22.00 per hour, depending on experience. Monday Friday, 8: 00 AM 5: 00 PM. Some weekend hours required during harvest season. Additional hours may be available based on business needs.
