Are you an experienced construction leader ready to take charge of impactful water and municipal projects?

Were seeking a Construction Superintendent with 10+ years of verifiable supervisory experience in commercial/industrial constructionpreferably in water treatment, pools, or municipal infrastructure
. Youll be the hands-on leader directing crews, managing schedules, and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.

• Lead and train on-site crews, assigning tasks and optimizing workflow
• Maintain daily logs, SWPPP compliance, and material inventory tracking
• Coordinate tradespeople, subcontractors, and engineers to prevent delays
• Work closely with project managers and architects to align execution with plans
• Develop work schedules to avoid conflicts and keep projects on track
• Certified crane operation or willingness to obtain certification

• 10+ years in construction supervision (water/pool/municipal projects preferred)
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, problem-solving approach
• Ability to read blueprints and manage multiple trades
• Valid drivers license and willingness to travel between job sites

• $80K $120K salary (based on experience) +
  performance bonuses
