Family Medicine Physician Rural Critical Access Hospital

A 23-bed rural critical access hospital in Broken Bow, NE is expanding its primary care team. This community-focused organization is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a well-established group.

Position Highlights

• Team: Join a collaborative group of 6 physicians and 2 APPs
• Schedule: 4-day workweek (10-hour shifts)
• Clinic Hours: Monday Friday, 8 a.m.5 p.m.
• Workflow: Morning hospital rounds followed by clinic
• Patient Volume: 1620 patients per day
• Services: Office-based procedures
• Patient Population: Primarily adult and geriatric, with opportunity to grow pediatrics
• Call: 1 weekday and 1 weekend per month, 7 a.m.7 p.m.; must stay within 30 minutes of the hospital

Candidate Requirements

• Board-certified Family Medicine preferred;
  Internal Medicine candidates welcome
• Board-eligible candidates considered
• Ideal candidate is community-oriented and committed to putting down long-term roots

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary: $325,000 (two-year guarantee) + RVU productivity
• Earning potential: $500,000
• Sign-on bonus: $50,000
• Relocation assistance: Up to $10,000
• Student loan repayment: Available
• Insurance: Health, vision, and dental
• CME: 4 days and $4,000 allowance
• PTO: 28 days annually
• Retirement: 403(b) with 5.5% employer match
• Malpractice: Coverage with tail provided
