An award-winning, 10‑bed Community Hospital in Central Nebraska, just an hour from Lincoln, is seeking an FM physician to join their team and work a 4‑day week with 1 ER call day per month.

This hospital has strong retention and lucrative income potential into the $400K range.

• Work alongside 3 experienced FM physicians and 5 APPs
• 4‑day work week, Mon‑Thurs
• Option for additional ER shifts and the option for OB and deliveries
• 1 call day per month covering the 4‑bed ER and inpatient consults
• Compensation includes a Base Salary of $300K, wRVU production allows for income exceeding $400K
• Sign‑on package of $150,000, Full Benefits + PTO, Retirement, CME, Relocation assistance
