The Emergency Medicine Physician will provide locum tenens clinical coverage during 12-hour day and night shifts (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM or 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM) at this on-site Level III Trauma Center emergency department, evaluating and managing a broad range of acute and emergent conditions across all age groups. The department receives approximately 15, annual visits, with a daily volume of 38-45 patients.

Clinicians will document clinical encounters using EPIC EMR and will work alongside APPs who provide coverage during peak hours (12:00 PM - 12:00 AM). Board certification (ABEM) is required; candidates holding FM/IM board certification with emergency department experience will also be considered. No call responsibilities are associated with this assignment.
