- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on various generator brands and models
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform basic repairs on power generation systems
- Basic understanding of gaseous and liquid fuel systems
- Execute power system startups and routine service checks
- Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and schematics
- Work with AC/DC control systems and automatic transfer switches
- Deliver professional and friendly customer service
- Document findings and repairs
- Factory trained certification preferred.
- Experience working with 10kw-150kw generators.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues.
- Knowledge and understanding of electrical systems and wiring schematics
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Component familiarity with understanding of control boards, alternators, voltage regulators and monitoring systems
