CMM Inspection Supervisor

Join Royal Engineered Composites as a CMM Inspection Supervisor.

Work schedule:

Monday‑Friday, 8am‑5pm.

Responsibilities

Ensure that tasks are completed according to specifications, Concerto, and Intuiflow.
Maintain a solid understanding of GD&T.
Develop inspection programs using the latest CMM software.
Identify fixtures, hardware, and software needs for CMM inspections.
Develop and maintain CMM related to QMS processes.
Research latest digital inspection technology.
Reverse engineer parts and molds as needed.
Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation, record times to jobs accurately, and process and approve timecards for subordinates.
Complete performance reviews of subordinates.

Qualifications

Formal education: 2‑4 year degree or equivalent experience.
Experience:

Working knowledge of CAD software; strong blueprint reading and GD&T skills.
Computer

Skills:

Must be able to use basic computer operations relative to data entry. Prefer ERP system experience and proficiency in Poly Works CMM software (or equivalent).
