Location: Orchard

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $2,500 Basic + Commission

Working Days: 6-day work week

• AM Shift: 10:00am - 7:00pm (including 1-hour meal break)
• PM Shift: 1:00pm - 10:00pm (including 1-hour meal break)

Off Days: 1 weekday off

Annual Leave: 7 days per calendar year

• Client Consultation:
  • Provide personalized advice and treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Hair & Scalp / Hand & Leg Soaking Treatments:
  • Perform specialized treatments (e.g., scalp massages, deep conditioning, therapeutic masks).
  • Use advanced equipment and techniques to address hair and scalp concerns.
  • Prepare hand & leg-soaking treatments with prickly pear puree and other natural ingredients.
  • Educate clients on the benefits of prickly pear (hydration, anti-inflammatory properties).
• Education & Guidance:
  • Educate clients on proper hair care (washing, conditioning techniques).
  • Advise clients on lifestyle and dietary changes for better hair health.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in hair therapy and products.
• Product Knowledge:
  • Maintain expertise in hair care products and recommend retail products for home maintenance.
• Client Relationship Management:
  • Build strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Follow up with clients to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Sanitation & Safety:
  • Ensure tools and work areas are clean, sanitized, and compliant with health regulations.
  • Maintain a hygienic and safe treatment environment.
