AS THE CLINICAL PHARMACIST, you will be responsible for attending daily rounds, reviewing patient profiles and making recommendations to physicians/extenders to provide pharmaceutical care. Pharmacokinetic monitoring is a core element of the daily activities. The Clinical Pharmacist provides decentralized pharmacy services, serves as a liaison to other departments, precepts pharmacy students and provides medication education.

• Graduate from School of Pharmacy (Required)
• One year in a hospital pharmacy environment (Preferred)
• PGY‑1 residency or equivalent experience in clinical pharmacy practice (Preferred)
• Licensed to practice pharmacy in the Commonwealth Of Pennsylvania (Required)
