Signet is seeking a Master's level Licensed Social Worker / Counselor / Mental Health Therapist, or license‑eligible, for our program at Howard County Medical Center, St. Paul, NE. Must be licensed in Nebraska or able to obtain licensure before starting.
Signet offers a very generous salary, sign-on bonus, and relocation allowance. Monday–Friday schedule. No weekends or holidays. The position can be full-time or part-time.

- Provide both group and individual therapy.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Senior Adult Outpatient Program.
- Supervise staff.
- Market the program and establish referral connections within the community to promote/foster the growth and reputation of the program.
- Nebraska State Licensure as a Nebraska Licensed Mental Health Practitioner or license‑eligible.
- Related work experience.
- Good communication and organization skills.
- Marketing skills.
