Responsibilities
  • Implement Care Plans:
    Execute the patient care plan developed by the Physical Therapist (PT), ensuring adherence to established protocols.
  • Advance Patient Progress:
    Facilitate patient advancement through their treatment plan, making adjustments as directed by the PT to optimize outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team:
    Work closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate and enhance patient care, ensuring the achievement of individual goals.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Accredited

    Education:

    Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
  • Active Licensure:
    Current PTA license in the state of practice.
  • Ethical Compliance:
    Adherence to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct, as well as state and federal regulations.

  • Experience with Geriatric Population:
    Prior experience working with elderly patients, demonstrating an understanding of their unique needs.
  • Knowledge of Medicare Billing Regulations:
    Familiarity with current Medicare billing practices and guidelines.
