Responsibilities and duties include:
- Medication Aide certification, carry out medication passes according to doctor orders.
- Assist with tenant needs including ADL assistance.
- Maintain strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public.
- Collaborate with ownership, marketing, and wellness to ensure a high quality of life experience for our residents.
- Cover all shifts in emergencies.
