Signet is seeking a Master's level Licensed Social Worker/Counselor / Mental Health Therapist, or license - eligible for our program at Howard County Medical Center, St. Paul, NE. Must be licensed in Nebraska or able to obtain licensure before starting.
Signet offers a very generous salary, sign‑on bonus, and relocation allowance. Monday‑Friday… No weekends or holidays.

- Provide both group and individual therapy.
- Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the Senior Adult Outpatient Program.
- Supervision of staff.
- Marketing the program and establishing referral connections within the community to promote / foster the growth and reputation of the program.
- Nebraska State Licensure as a Nebraska Licensed Mental Health Practitioner or license - eligible.
- Related work experience.
- Good communication and organization skills.

The Medical Center has been providing quality services since 1955 and serves individuals in Howard, Merrick, Valley, Sherman, Greeley, and Hall Counties. Tele‑Health is available for those patients unable to attend in‑person.
