InReach Rehab is seeking a flexible and dedicated full-time or part-time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (or OT) to join our team at Brown County Hospital in Ainsworth, Nebraska. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide high‑quality occupational therapy services under the direction of an OT.
  • Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans focused on functional independence.
  • Lead therapeutic activities addressing ADLs, strength, coordination, cognition, and safety.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate, timely clinical records.
  • Educate patients and families on home programs and strategies to support daily function.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.
  • Collaborate with the rehabilitation team and other healthcare staff to ensure coordinated care.
  • Monitor patient responses and adjust interventions as appropriate under OT guidance.
  • Participate in professional development and contribute to a positive team culture.
Requirements
  • Graduate of (or anticipated graduation from) an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
  • Current Nebraska COTA license (or eligibility).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to patient‑centered care and functional outcomes.
  • Interest in rural healthcare and collaborative teamwork.
