ResponsibilitiesAs a Certified Medication Aide (CMA), you will be responsible for administering daily medication to residents in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. Your duties include monitoring residents, reporting changes, and collecting and recording medication administration.
Qualifications- Fire and passion for working with seniors
- Flexible, fun, and energetic personality
- Active, in‑good‑standing Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification in the state of practice
- Prior experience as a Certified Medication Aide in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
