Qualifications:

Licensed to practice medicine in Nebraska (active license required) Certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) Experience in general medicine, family medicine, internal medicine, or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with musculoskeletal, diabetes, and cardiovascular conditions is required. Proficient in METs testing and evaluating/diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions. Ability to use a Goniometer (instrument for measuring joint mobility).

Access to a personal laptop (PCs only, no Macs). Additional Information:
We offer quick credentialing and onboarding to get you started promptly. Training will be provided on all Reporting/Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs). DBQs must be submitted electronically within 48 hours of completing an exam. Evaluations are completed within a secure online provider portal. Some cases require reviewing medical records. Follow-up administrative tasks may be required, such as addendums, medical opinions, and reviewing diagnostic tests.
