    perform accurate medication administration, including timely passes, documentation, units of measurement, and safety checks; monitor residents for adverse reactions, changes in status, and pain control; maintain meticulous MARs and electronic records; collaborate closely with RNs, LPNs, and care teams; participate in shift handoffs and care planning; uphold infection control and safety standards; educate residents and families about medications and side effects where appropriate.
