Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Monitor residents' health and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment for residents.
• Follow care plans and ensure residents receive appropriate care and interventions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure residents' needs are met.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
