• Assisting with daily living activities like meal preparation, household chores, and medication management
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes or concerns to our care team
• Building strong relationships with clients and their families to provide emotional support and companionship
• Collaborating with our interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement personalized care plans

We're seeking a compassionate and experienced HHA who is passionate about providing exceptional care and support to seniors and adults. If you have:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA)
• A strong commitment to providing personalized care and support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
