School Speech Language Pathologist; SLP Wakefield, Nebraska

• Hold a current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• State licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP
• Previous experience working in a K-12 setting is highly valued
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and related service professionals
• Flexibility and adaptability within dynamic school environments
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation

• Deliver direct and indirect speech therapy services to students per IEP requirements
• Assess, diagnose, and treat a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to implement effective student support strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and compliance with district and state guidelines
• Engage actively in IEP meetings and parent conferences as needed
• Provide consultation and training for educational staff on communication supports
